This is starting to look like a restaurant/café guide soon but I have to promote this place because it's simply the nicest café/espresso/wine bar around! Vintage Paris is an awesome place hidden behind a corner in downtown Hollister. It's a top class place where they really know their coffee, wines and other goodies! Occasionally you can even sit down and listen to some live music or watch a movie (!) in the Paris styled café. Kudos to the owner for really trying to get something happening in Hollister. Befriend them on facebook and don't miss it if you're around!
