I spent my last day on the west coast going hiking with Cheryl in the Redwoods! Crazy huge trees, fresh air and silence. It felt well needed today. We also took a little road trip out to the coast and saw sunbathing sea lions and beautiful landscapes. Nice!

When we got back to Sebastopol we had a fantastic dinner at Lowell's - the best restaurant in town! Everything is completely organic and ridiculously tasty. They only support farmers with sustainable agricultural practices. Don't miss it if you're ever around Sonoma County.
