The sushi in Branson can be pretty fantastic. Kind of surprising that they're really good at healthy Japanese food. The "health trend" doesn't seem to be very hip here in any other way.

Of course there is an America adjusted sushi dish that is very popular; Fried sushi with a sauce that tastes like Rhode Island dressing. It's like a weird mix between sushi and pancakes... With sauce... Not my favorite. Some of the other Swedes love it though.
